2. Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is our primary payment method for customers within Saudi Arabia.
  • No international customers
  • Payment in full is required before any product is shipped (unless using COD, where payment is made upon delivery).

3. Order Confirmation

  • After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email containing your order details, including the total amount due and payment method.
  • If you selected COD, this will be confirmed, and your order will be processed accordingly.

4. Invoice

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an electronic invoice via email that includes the following:
    • Order number
    • List of items purchased
    • Total amount (including shipping charges, if applicable)
    • Any applicable taxes or fees
  • Invoices are issued in the local currency (if applicable) and will reflect any discounts, promotions, or taxes that apply.

5. Price & Currency

  • All prices are listed in Saudi Arabia unless otherwise specified.
  • Trendzaa.store reserves the right to change prices at any time, but orders will be billed at the prices in effect at the time of purchase.

6. Taxes and Duties

  • Sales tax is included in the total order cost for customers within Saudi Arabia, where applicable.
  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may apply in their respective countries. These charges are not included in the price of the product or the shipping cost, and Trendzaa.store is not liable for them.

7. Billing Errors

  • If there is an issue with your billing or payment, please contact us immediately at Support@trendzaa.store.
  • If an error occurs (such as incorrect charges), we will notify you promptly and correct the mistake. If any additional payments are required, we will inform you of the next steps.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds: If your order is eligible for a refund based on our return and exchange policy, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or in cash, in the case of COD.
  • Cancellations: Orders placed through COD can be canceled before shipping. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
