3. How can I place an order?

Placing an order at TrendZaa is simple:

  2. Add them to your cart.
  3. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment information.
  4. Complete your order!
    You’ll receive an order confirmation email, and once shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can track your delivery.

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Within major cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, etc.): Delivery usually takes between 2-5 business days.
  • Remote areas: Delivery may take a bit longer, usually 5-7 business days.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Currently, TrendZaa only offers delivery within Saudi Arabia. However, we are exploring international shipping options for the future, so stay tuned for updates!

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment through our courier partner’s website or app.


8. Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only process cancellations or changes before your order has been shipped. Unfortunately, once your order is dispatched, it cannot be changed, but you can initiate a return after receiving the product.


9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for returns/exchanges:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
  • Certain items, like cosmetics and personal care products, may be ineligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
