Refund & Return Policy – Trendzaa
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Note: We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, accidental breakage, or normal wear and tear.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)
